BY USING THE NYLONZ STORE YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Nylonz Ltd. are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Sizes and colour shades may vary from each production batch.

* SHIPPING & PRICING
Nylonz Ltd has a policy to ship goods in stock within 24 hours of receipt of order / confirmation of cleared payment funds.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Any out of stock orders will be completed within 28 days from receipt of order.

All products will remain the property of Nylonz Ltd. until full payment has been received & cleared.

Please note all items on this website are charged in GBP UK POUNDS.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice.

The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but we aim to dispatch all orders from stock within one working day.

* RETURNS POLICY
Nylonz Ltd. trades in line with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

If you need to return an order you must email us first at sales@nylonz.com for authorisation.

Garments with more than 6 Suspenders are Custom Made for each individual customer & are not stock items.

Custom made Garments are not eligible for return - please contact us for clarification.

* PAYMENTS
All Credit / Debit Card payments are handled via securetrading on secure servers offering ultimate security -

 

To protect both parties from Fraud, we will only ship to the registered cardholders address unless our express permission is obtained first.
